11. Monthly Teaching Commitment & Session Fulfilment
The Freelance Educator understands that Gopes Pinnacle Academy follows a monthly academic teaching model. Students are enrolled for continuous monthly learning, and the educator agrees to support uninterrupted academic progress throughout the year.
The number of teaching sessions assigned in any month may vary depending on the academy's academic calendar, public holidays, festival holidays, school examinations, academy events, government holidays, batch schedules, and student requirements.
Accordingly, the total number of working days in a month may generally vary between 18 and 23 teaching days, depending on the academic calendar. The educator understands that there is no fixed number of working days every month.
The academy generally plans approximately 20 teaching sessions per month for regular courses wherever applicable. However, this may increase or decrease depending on the course structure, number of classes per week, holidays, examinations, student requirements, and academy scheduling.
For example, if a batch is scheduled for three classes per week, the monthly sessions may normally range between approximately 12 and 15 sessions depending on the calendar. Likewise, batches with different weekly schedules will have their monthly sessions determined according to the official academy timetable.
The Freelance Educator agrees to conduct all assigned classes according to the academy timetable and to reasonably support timetable adjustments required due to holidays, examinations, student requests, or academic planning.
If classes are cancelled because of academy-declared holidays, public holidays, student examinations, or academy-approved academic reasons, the academy shall determine whether replacement classes are required.
If a scheduled class is missed due to the Freelance Educator's personal leave, absence, technical issues within the educator's control, or any other reason attributable to the educator, the educator agrees to conduct approved replacement or compensation classes as scheduled by the academy to ensure students receive the planned academic sessions.
The Freelance Educator acknowledges that maintaining continuity of learning is one of the academy's core academic policies and agrees to cooperate in completing the assigned monthly teaching schedule throughout the academic year.
12. Academy Rights
The academy reserves the right to assign classes, review teaching quality, modify academic policies, reschedule classes, adjust timetables, combine or split batches, and discontinue the engagement if academy policies are violated or academic or operational requirements so require.
